{"id":8999,"date":"2021-11-25T00:05:43","date_gmt":"2021-11-24T21:05:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tardex.ua\/?page_id=8999"},"modified":"2022-08-30T14:52:36","modified_gmt":"2022-08-30T11:52:36","slug":"tech-dannye-dpk","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tardex.ua\/en\/tech-dannye-dpk\/","title":{"rendered":"WPC profile technical data"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>WPC profile technical data<\/h1>\n<p>Our company is a large domestic manufacturer of decking (decking) made of wood-polymer composite (hereinafter referred to as WPC TM &#8220;Tardex&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>Wood-polymer composite is an alternative building material for anyone who prefers wood finishes.<\/p>\n<p>For the production of WPC TM &#8220;Tardex&#8221;, a composite material is used, consisting of:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; crushed natural wood flour (oak, ash, beech, etc.) 70%.<br \/>&#8211; polymer binders 28%.<br \/>&#8211; additives (dyes, stabilizers and modifiers) 2%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Multi-shade decking (decking)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A halftone is a medium color that links two related shades.<br \/>Hue &#8211; a slight change in color within a hue.<br \/>Tone is the main characteristic by which color is called.<\/p>\n<p>WPC decking of TM &#8220;Tarde\u0445&#8221; is 70% made of natural wood flour of hard wood species.<br \/>Wood flour can have different density and structure, as a result, it can absorb dyes in different ways, which can lead to different shades of products.<br \/>The color variation of the decking is normal and effectively emphasizes the natural texture of the wood.<\/p>\n<p>A color difference is allowed within a semitone:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The sample presented to the buyer and the manufactured terrace board \u0422\u041c &#8220;Tarde\u0445&#8221;;<\/li>\n<li>terrace board \u0422\u041c &#8220;Tarde\u0445&#8221;, produced in one batch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Permissible bending of decking<\/strong><br \/><strong>Buckling<\/strong> (up to 10 mm at a length of 1 m) of the profile is not a defect (this is a specific production). The quality of installation and further operation of the profile is not affected, since the board is easily fixed with clips and takes on an even shape.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tardex.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/dd.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/tardex.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/dd-300x146.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"604\" height=\"294\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bending<\/strong> (up to 5 mm at a length of 1 m) of the profile is not a defect (this is a specific production). With this bend, the board should be patterned in one direction. The first board is fastened on a level, and the existing bend is tightened with clips. Subsequent boards are attached as well.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tardex.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/cc.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/tardex.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/cc-300x98.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bending mounting method<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tardex.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/vv.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/tardex.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/vv-300x149.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"604\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Base length of the profile<\/strong><br \/>The profile (board \/ facade, etc.) is produced with a length tolerance of -4 \/ + 9 mm. A slight excess of the profile length is not a defect, since this does not affect the quality of the profile and its further operation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. WPC profile color stabilization<\/strong><br \/>During the operation of the WPC decking board in open areas, slight natural color stabilization is allowed under the influence of sunlight.<br \/>Color stabilization is a process that takes place with every type of wood. This process takes place during the first 2-16 weeks of operation. This process does not affect the quality and durability of the product.
